Let's get physical - but warm-up, first!

Allow time for the band to do physical warm-ups. Aside from the fact that marching will improve, it is dangerous not to warm up. Because marching is a physical activity, it requires stretching and loosening to avoid injury to the muscles. We have found it very productive and time-efficient to create a warm-up that covers all of our basic drill, including stretching. The routine is done the same way each time.
